Baptism Request

We would love to celebrate a baptism for you or anyone in your family at Our Savior's Way. Infants, kids, teens, adults - everyone is invited to be baptized.

Please fill out this request form with as much information as you are able. After you submit the form our office staff will reach out to answer any questions you have and to help you along toward your baptism date.

If you would like to see how we do baptisms at OSW, here is a YouTube link to one of our recent baptisms during the live-streamed 9:30 service. 

We schedule baptisms during any worship service time on almost any Sunday of the year. Our hope is that we can make a date work for you so that everyone you want to be present at the baptism is able to do so.
